Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or using RiftTCG, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform.

You may use RiftTCG only if you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or you have valid parental consent.

Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable license to access and use the platform for managing your collection and analyzing Riftbound decks.

Automated access, unauthorized redistribution of content, interference with the infrastructure, or using the platform for unlawful activities is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

Platform content—including interfaces, graphics, code, and databases—is owned by RiftTCG or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit this content without written authorization.

Riftbound and Riot Games are trademarks of Riot Games, Inc. RiftTCG is not produced, endorsed, or supported by Riot Games.

User Content

You may upload information about your decks, collections, and statistics. You retain ownership of your data, but you grant us a license to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate with third-party services for authentication, hosting, or analytics. RiftTCG is not responsible for the policies or practices of those providers; review their terms and privacy notices before using their services.

Modifications and Availability

We may update, pause, or modify elements of the platform without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service continuity but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if we detect violations of these terms or fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@rifttcg.com.

Disclaimer of Warranties

RiftTCG is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee data accuracy or the performance of third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid, if any, during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires a different jurisdiction.

Changes to the Terms

If we modify these terms, we will publish the updated version with its effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications before they take effect.
